The channel is identified as Al Lubnania on the epg although the onscreen dog reads FOREX so take your pick as to the actual channel name!

FTA entertainment channel - seems to concentrate on manga type cartoons, although with 5 (rather intrusive) news / business tickers on the picture......

Transmitting in Arabic, although English subtitles can just about be made out under the bottom tickers.

The Forex dog has gone, we have the Al Lubnania ident showing now.

KofS gives country of origin as Lebanon.

Isn't the logo KSA in the bottom right referring to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
 
No, that's a sliding infobar giving ( I think) exchange rates for different countries. I just snapped it when showing KSA.

Just checked myself and it would appear the logo KSA is fixed, it seems amazing that their own website are not aware of it either
 
Fair enough Topper. I couldn't check it again as I can't access 9E, or anything else at present - both the positioners in my AD3000s are having a hissy fit :eek:
