Hm, interesting, I had no problem with 12.720 H but now ... no go. I compared your spectrum with mine ... do we have to talk about two different footprints here?!
My strongest signal is 12.360 H while at your site it is the weakest.

Here's my reception on the 2.2m PF, 17k North of Nottingham UK.
Iv'e used the Promax for illustration as it's easier to see the difference in levels between the two signals .

Here's a test with a 2.20m connection. RASD TV works very well here too. I noticed that the audio is broadcast in Spanish. The two feeds are encrypted, and the 12686 is very short.
