Not because it complies with the regulations (did you SEE the smoke that came out?) more because it falls outside the scope of the regulations.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.

Yes, I know of people who've swapped perfectly serviceable cars for vehicles with historic status (any vehicle over 40yrs old is eligible) which are ULEZ, tax and MOT exempt to avoid the charges.

Yes, I know of people who've swapped perfectly serviceable cars for vehicles with historic status (any vehicle over 40yrs old is eligible) which are ULEZ, tax and MOT exempt to avoid the charges.
I have a couple of two stroke motorcycles that are over 40, looking forward to visiting ULEZ London in the spring.

That was filmed in Daventry. I visited a warehouse just before Christmas and it was in the car park. If I'd timed it better I could have asked for a ride
