It just go's to show you the utter cr#p that can pass regs over there, this is the kind of tragedy your average U.K. punter would associate with a third world economy country ect, we all remember stories reported about empty paint tins being used inside concrete to "pad it out" but this is America where everything is bigger and better and all made to the best in the world standards ect ect Personally I'm not really that surprised after watching a few documentaries over the last few months. Seeing it is America I'm sure there will be plenty of lawsuits by the innocent victims of this shoddy "bridge" collapse, It's just a pity that money will not bring back loved ones, R.I.P. to those poor souls.

We have that awful cladding on our house, it's all a lot of smoke & mirrors for energy companies to cream off money for, our house is no warmer and I lit a offcut of it on fire I picked up from the backdoor, it's just polystyrene that's "allegedly" mixed with a fire retardant, didn't resist much in my hand when introduced to a gas lighter flame I can tell you.
