Amazing encryption on 9° East TeleSahel

It looks like TeleSahel 9° East Ku Band 12034 V 27500
is now encrypted,
but is entered as FTA, 4.2.2. it is not either.
does anyone have any idea what kind of encryption it can be?
The picture looks colorful

Gostcrypt? Looks similar to the Russian T2-MI channels that use that encryption.

It's more that the channel is not transmitting any CA information that the receiver is trying to display whatever it can (thinking it's FTA) - despite being encrypted.

Just an observation here - as part of the 4:2:2 signal detection screen idents of this receiver (GTCombo) it is showing the usual 'Movie Camera' icon - circled, usually associated with a 422 transmission, but not the usual included '4:2:2' caption after the AVC line.

It does not look to be encrypted with a Conditional Access system, there is no CA ID present in the transport stream and the Video PID is showing black (FTA) rather than red (encrypted).

It is video format of 4:2:0
Whatever is going on does not seem to be caused by a conditional access system or 4:2:2 video.
