The Sky Feed was European Golf on 24W at 11.002v SR 15000.
Not as much 4.2.2 around these days....

You can download an app on android and Apple called Spark Player, which allows you to watch TV from your portable device. Will only work if you are connected to your network via WiFi though.

OK thanks, got it installed, any video feed breaks up with me every few secs though

It's only working sort of on the ipad, my Samsung Note 4 just locks up, no video at all...a restart made no difference
 
Apart from the stunning new Nasa UHD channel on 24.5 west there is at the moment another UHD 'feed' on Hotbird :-

The A3 seems to find and decode just about any UHD feed
 
Box has kept on crashing, 4 times or more then it wiped user data and cache resulting in a complete new installation, damn !

Never had this problem, even with the old A3, well not yet anyway. Have you updated the firmware?

No, it's got the latest firmware on it, it does seems to take longer to boot if the last channel was a UHD one. All is well for now....recording on a USB 3.0 2TB drive is a bit hit and miss also I noticed, same with a USB stick
 
I do like the fact if you do a rescan channels already found appear in red...
 
There was a way to improve the video quality before the crashes, now I can't find this option, anyone know what I mean ?
 
This is weird I have lost various apps also, XBNC has gone etc...Scopus you had the latest fw installed I guess ?

No, I went to the updater in the apps and their was a new version to download.

Which is 1.35 ? Do you see an option to change video setting to vivid ?

What apps do you see by default ?

Yes now on 1.35, my box arrived with 1.34. XBMC is certainly on my default list, many others too. I would try a factory reset then it should default back, giving back the default apps.

No, I don't see a Vivid option, where is that in the menu?

Nope it did'nt do this, still missing apps
 
Is there any way to go back to 1.0.34 ?
