Try using a different usb stick, The Amiko Alien 2 is a temperamental little bugger at the best of time. Kingston USB sticks formatted with Fat32 usually works fine. Does it already have Enigma installed on it or are you just talking about SPARK? If it only has Spark on it you may have to flash an earlier SPARK image with the correct bootloader for Enigma if memory serves me correctly as only some of the Spark images have the correct bootloader. That was the case with the second one i purchased. Best not go in to what happened to my first one :-DOH You could also try an update from the update menu in SPARK. No idea if updating from the main SPARK menu will factory reset the box but its worth a try. I very rarely use SPARK as i think its a horrible piece of firmware. There is a forum that pretty much only deals with Amiko & Evo boxes, that may be your best bet. I wouldn't tell them that i sent you though as you would probably get banned :-lmao Nano
