Its an Afghani channel so presumably the audio is Pashto or Dari

No idea what the frequency of Prem games transmission is on this one - its the first time Ive seen it reported. I assume its an illicit re-transmission unless anyone knows better??
 
not sure if you still like this type of test card ross, (sorry ive forgot its proper name) but one here thats just caught my eye on this bird,
