for the disecq: if you want to detect it on the fly you need a microprocessor more powerful than the arduino and work in assembler but there is a solution is to take a small microprocessor on a dedicated card which only recovers the diseqc and supplied on demand by serial link (I made a card like that)

i have a spare 90cm CM too - i only wanted motor from it for my 1.2m CM had to drive about 40 miles to get - good fine as long as you didnt pay too much

For 90 and 120 it's sure.

What do you mean by 150? There are no Channel Master antennas in that size. CM antennas only available 0.75m, 0.9m, 1m, 1.2m, 1.8m and 2.4m. Original CM feedhorn can work on all of them.

I was afraid to say something stupid, I had never heard of a 150 ...
Maybe he want to said 180 and i have no idea if it's the same feed as the 120.

That was a standard in the early 90's ... I keep the same as a souvenir ... Echostar set with a ferrite polarizer.

For the 90Cm.
After a good cleaning I started the painting with a test on the upper right part with another paint.
More covering but bubbles appeared after 5 minutes ...



At the same time I painted the two feed horns and restored one from that :



To that.

I installed the LNB too early and after one night moisture formed inside.
The cleaning of the interior with hot water is surely the cause ...

I decided to paint my Channel Masters in matt camouflage green RAL 6031.
I used this color because it's the one used by the armies in Europe.
They had to work hard to decide it was the right one for camouflage, so let's use it !
