Another one bites the dust.....

Mine is also used on a 36volt system with vbox.

Maybe diseqc motors are killing them with an over current.
 
You can't get overcurrent on a demand only system. The issue might have something to do with the supply having a motor directly connected to the receivers output, that will generate a small voltage when freewheeling near the end of travel. On a standard actuator (or V-Box) output the relays are connected to short out (and the LNB is on a separate supply of course), but a DiSEqC motor system has only suppressing capacitors to dampen things down.
