Another Win 10 Release

Yes, I spent two merry hours this morning sorting out my neighbour's Laptop out after it "upgraded" on Sunday.
 
And, by a horrible coincidence, my 10" Tablet is upgrading right now.
 
Quiero saber " que es " Win 10 , yo no comprende.
Written on my Windows 8.1 in English!

Will refuse to boot after April next year ..... :-buttkick
 
Control Panel , Clock, Language and Region , Date and Time.
Set to 2012, no problem!

Well my Update seems to have gone well, thankfully!
 
^^^ several 8.1's here went (seemingly so far...) very well (but always doing disk imaging before letting MS possibly mess up things). Will try my w10 laptop later. Previous w10 'cumulative' update infestation failed miserably here (as it did for many), resulting in the endless download-install-99% done-undo-revert-download etc etc cycle. Had to kill it by wiping it all by restoring a previous disk image backup.

And a Linux Mint Laptop

And a Lubuntu Netbook

And two tin cans connected by string
 
Oh Well! In that case , how long is that piece of string? ( Have an empty 5 litre wine box I may be able to attach , if your quick !

Amazing new feature in the latest w10 update:
Upon running disk cleanup, it'll give 3.99 TB more free space ...on my 500 GB disk :O)
