And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
Also try un-coiling that coax and flake it flat out on the ground, I have seen coax act as a signal resonator when coiled up, also coax does funny things if it's not properly grounded has a poor or loose ground, or grounded in two or more places.(ground loop)

Absolutely. But only at the entry into the house (no ground loops) - all distribution units connected to electrical ground.
(after the pic in post #1 was taken, the multiswitch was grounded too.)

My regional Sat-CATV head-end
If it's connected to the house electrical ground then it could be picking up junk, (old wiring) try a direct to Earth ground, (2 meter (or bigger) ground rod driven into the ground with proper ground clamps) it may improve things.

And keep all grounds going to one connection point only.
