As title says. Would there be any issues doing this? Quattro LNB to unicable multi switch cascading to a 17/16 multi switch?

No, if the trunk on the SCR passes quattro then that'll be fine for the legacy multiswitch. I have frequently cascaded a legacy from and SCR. If the legacy is self powered, then use DC blockers on the input to the legacy.

Also consider if it considers receiver-fed multiswitches, or multiswitches that have stand-by function (to save power).
That would need a special setup (to wake up the 'first' MS).
@raceroad at a german forum has described a setup for it; I'd have to look it up.

It is an Inverto Unicable multiswitch programmed for use with a quattro. And the 17/16 multi switch is a Megasat. Don't think I need to use external power supplies on either of them. The whole thing is probably overkill. I was planning on having a multi satellite dish using the 17/16 switch but then covid happened and it was all put on hold.
