Unlikely, I would suggest that 2m would be a minimum requirement.

No chance.
In the Netherlands we are way out of the footprint.
Some members with lagers dishes (1,80m) didn't get any signal either.

Update:
Someone in Eastern Netherlands managed to get a signal on 11100 V 2590 with 120cm Deltastar Gregorian dish with picture

I suppose that you want to receive Eurobird2 because of its contents.
The reason why Orbit chose Eurobird is because of its awkward position.
It is directed to the Middle East and the fringy Europeans have access to it only through very large dishes.
Orbit subscriptions (mediaguard), obtainable in the ME, are relatively cheap and work on both Eurobird 2 and Atlanticbird 2.
Orbit has problems now with its program providers because of using Atlanticbird 2 on 8°W.
As you know this is a powerful european dish.
They are obliged to reduce their contents by removing some of the western programs.
Unless of course they apply a different subscription/encryption for use on Atlanticbird2, but this is very unlikely.
Enjoy it as it lasts as many of the Orbit programs are still on AB2.
