Hi guys I have a VU+UNO 4L SE Sat box . My box was working ok and I went away for a weeks holiday when I came back I noticed that the dispaly was showing the incorrect time. I closed the box and powered down and left it for a few minutes and then I re powered up the box , but nothing will load the front screen is showing just scrambled lines. I have been told that I need a new mother board, really disappointed because this box is only about 3 years old. The selling company is no longer in buisness . So my question is does anybody know where I can send my box to get it repaired or can give me details on how to contact VU+ directly.
Would appricate any help

Possibly the switch mode power supply in the box, these are more likely than the motherboard to fail I would say. Has it mains straight to the box, or a separate power unit? Try another power supply if that is the case first.

Have you asked your neighbours, to see if you had a power cut, while you were away?

I assume that it is a VU+ Uno 4K SE, and the L is just a typo?

Have you tried loading an image, from a USB stick?

Code:
http://www.vuplus.com/sub/main.php

Support, from VU+ seems rather suspect, so it might be better if you can find someone who repairs computers, and has test equipment, to test your motherboard, and power.
