hi have installed 100s of arab sat dishes for free channels. but have a customer who has cards for sports channels main freqency is 11766 h. i have never had a request for this before and needed some help to install correct dish size. at the mo ive installed a triax 1.1 which works well for the free channels.
 
The ADMC sports channels are on Badr 6 which is spectacularly poor in the UK You are probably looking at a good 1.8 or 2.4 dish. Note the word good - we are talking of Channel Master quality NOT a cheapie from Maplin!
 
Garyg is in Berkshire and was having trouble holding signal lock with a 1.8m Channel Master dish and had to upgrade to a 2.4m Channel Master.

If he's determined to get it then tell him he's looking at several thousand pounds for the dish and fitting if it has to be bought new as it would need someone who knows what they are doing to install one of these babies properly. Even second hand its going to be well over a grand by the time its up.
