Hi guys

I hope somebodey can help me with this Problem .

I live in Israel , I use dish 180m I called special man who can set the dish for me to get all the Channels here .

evrey single Freq he wrote worked perfect and we managed to get all Channels perfect .

but the Only Channels I need to get he faild to get :((( which is all IRIB Channels !!!

anybodey know why ? or what I should do to get IRIB Channels on Arabsat 26 ????

I hope some experince guy explain to me what I should do ?

all Freq worked perfect with 100% signal even , but all IRIB Channels did not have singls .

solution plz guys !!
 
IRIB channels are on Central Asia beam - can you get other channels on this beam?
 
what you mean bro ? please explain me step by step , I know nothing about this kind of busniss , and Im not shy to admit Im stupied with understanding this satellite stuff .
I asked many people and some of them told me I should be able to get this IRIB Channels here : http://www.flysat.com/badr.php , they need HD Reciever and I got this , they said to me try 180m Dish and I have , they said to me to use very good LNB and Just two days ago I bought this LNB as they said to me this the best one from ebay : http://www.ebay.com/itm/151104034184?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

the problem is when I write any Freq you see in this http://www.flysat.com/badr.php it work 100% , only all IRIB Freq dont work !!!

some told me you cant get in Israel or palastine Area , Im very confused and dont know what to do now :(

I pray somebodey help me here with his experince
 
Look here - http://www.flysat.com/badr-beam.php IRIB channels are on Central Asia beam which is just outside of Israel though should just about be doable on a good 1.8m dish. Which dish is it? Make/model/pictures? Quality of dishes varies a lot as do the LNBs. The one you linked to is doubtful to be the best - at the very least change it to Black Ultra if the dish is offset (like in my avatar picture) or prime focus (with LNB in the centre of the dish).

the Dish I have is Old and Im sure is not the best Quality , but forget this one .

can you plz write me exactly what dish name u recomend ? plz write me dish names with photos links to see , I can call my man here and ask for the names you advice me and I will buy it stright away and dont worry about me to pay money plz becuase I need to change .

can u plz write best LNB names I need to buy mate ? will be great to write me link from ebay so i can buy it stright away , or any other safe site where I can use my Visa card , but plz write me links so I can Click and see and buy

and then tell me plz whatelse I need to buy ? or how I need to tell my man to Fiex the Dish .


and the main Question after I do all this , u think I will sure get the IRIB Channels On this Arabsat 26 ??
 
The IRIB channels on 26E are DVB-S2 - does your receiver allow recption of DVB-S2 channels?
 
DVB-S2 channels mean my Reciever must be HD Reciever , Right ?

and I have HD Reciever , and very good one even from Humax company

The IRIB channels are on the transmission beam second one down on the right hand column. Note that theres an incredibly steep signal strength drop off around Israel on this beam.

I did not understand anything but do u mean very hard to get this channels in Israel ?
 
This is the transmission beam for the Central Asian beam of Badr 5.

The signal drops out rapidly in strength towards the south west. Which means its likely to be difficult to get this beam in the southern half of Israel.

You may get lucky with a 1.8m dish if its accurately enough aligned, but theres no guarantees.
 
You'd be better off in this case trying to find out what results other people in your immediate area are getting (If any) of that Beam, and what size Dish they are using.
 
Problem is nobodey here care about this stuff at all ...

God knows what I need to get this Channels , seem Just very very hard in Israel and maybe I Just forget this :(
 
Big dishes need very accurate alignment, and trying to get a big dish locked on very weak signals makes the job even more difficult.

You are going to need someone who knows how to use a meter, and who knows something about installations of big dishes.. You average dish installer isnt going to be much good in this situation - you need an expert.

It's very easy to get IRIB channels , if you want them very much :

1) Just add an offset C-Band lnb to get Ιrib channels from Arabsat 5C @ 20E http://www.flysat.com/arabsat5c.php
or just
2) Add a second dish (1m) to get more than 60 Irib channels !!! and 60 Irib radios !!! from Chinasat12@87.5E (not yet on Lyngsat or flysat )
 
even I live In Israel ??? are u sure I can get all Channels mate ?

plz explain step by step to me so I explain to the man who will do this to me here .
 
and one more thing , the man who came once to sort this dish for me told me we cant in Israel get Chinasat12@87.5E , If Im not wrong he said we can at the best get 85E but I can ask again sure , but will be great to explain to me how we get that mate here ! if u have an Idea sure
 
Ah nice one adonis - I'd forgotten about the 20E c-banders

Jeries - a 1.2m to1.5m dish should be enough as there is plenty of power covering Israel. Ive had a few tp's off 20E with a 1m dish in southern Scotland, although I havent tried for the Iranians as my last experiments were last summer before they started.

A circular band lnb will be required.

Dishpointer says 87.5E is well above your horizon so you may well be able to get the Chinasat if theres enough power reaching Israel
