7.6 db on F15 , but receiver refuse to lock it , so no picture at all .

Still nowt down for me on this one ..
Behaving exactly like the Startimes muxs @ 10east ..
Roughly 8 > 9db signal level on the F15 ..but refuses to lock ..
Also tried the TBScard ..
..dvbviewer ..doesn't even recognise a signal exists ..
Will try again later with crazyscan ...but I have my doubts ...

,,Its just sooo frustrating ..that 8db would allow most signals to lock ...but we've seen this oddysey before on startimes
just out of curiosity I tried locking the higher startimes mux 3948R with the TBS card ..
No way will it comply ..
Here is a capture to show that I _can_ see it ok ...but as you can see yourself ...no sr or fec ....so no lock ..
that will remain a mystery ..but I think is is an 8psk/sr issue ..
Never had problems before they went to 8psk ..
Looking at the constellation ...you'd think it would lock no probs.
