Arianespace VV17 flight failure

Ariane flight VV17 was lost earlier in the week due to a likely wiring fault. Two spacecraft were destroyed in the mishap:

SEOSAT-Ingenio for ESA and TARANIS for the French space agency, CNES

First indications are that a wiring harness was connected up backwards so the final stage thrusters fired the wrong way when activated (!)
