Name a few channels you are getting - theres a good chance you are aligned onto the wrong satellite

I'm sure your counting ability is the match of anyone elses :)

Assuming you are on the correct Satellite (Analoguesat has already queried this!):

Can you list a few specific desired Channels you aren't getting: That way we can see if you are missing one Polarity or one Band (due to faulty LNB or incorrect LNB setting in the Receiver) or possibly if you have a Skew problem (very likely if you are using a Fortec Star LNB).

Is this a new system or is it an old system that previously worked?

Not enough info so far ..................

Your on Astra2 @ 28°e.

For Astra1 you need to move the dish 9° in a Westerly direction.

Have you set up this motorised system or was it installed for you?

If it is correctly installed (by whoever!), then just find Astra 1 in your Satellite list.

The motor should drive the Dish to 19.2E and then all you need do is Scan.

(Still not enough info .............)

Well done on making progress!

Look at Post #3 : I posted a link to a listing there.

Mind you, it would be much easier if you did an Auto/Blind Scan if the Receiver permits. Saves a lot of manual data entry.

They should be - that's the point. However, don't forget kingofsat.net or lyngsat also carry them.

If they aren't working, perhaps your factory reset ( :-ohcrap) has affected your LNB settings? "Universal" required.

I have SilverCrest SL 65 receiver set on Astra 1B 19.2E.
It used to get the Vox channel,RTL etc but now no signal. It is mainly German channels that i'm after. Advice please.

I done a scan on 19e yesterday with a 1m in Dublin and picked up I think just over 1,500 services in total just to give you an idea.
