astra 19e no horizontal freq

hi guys i need some help got my dish on astra got the vertical stations digital+ etc but no horizontal such as premiere what do i need to do ? 1m dish technomate 5000ci monoblock lnb sorry i lied can get some hor but not prem on 11.978

have you got the monoblock set so the skew on it is so the astra 1 lnb is at about 10 oclock

also when looking at the dish from the front is the right hand lnb in the collar if not you got it setup wrong

Do you have a digitital phone nearby?

If so, try moving it or unplugging it from the mains..

Well according to Lyngsat here it is not on that frequency so you are not going to find it there try 12032H 12070H

ok ever felt like a complete prat! no wonder my freq weren't right i'm pointed at hispasat 30e durr no wonder i couldn't get hotbird with my monoblock
