Astra 1D now coming onto the arc on 11533H 3600 50% SQ & rising on my 104cm
 
Astra 1D should according TLE have left 40.5° West, still going East with 1.2° per day, and now near 21 West.

Maybe it's going back to 2E.
 
Why are they wasting fuel moving it back and forth? Surely it would be better spent on actual servicing?
 
Astra 1D now on 23,1° East with 4,3° inclination.
Found 2 transponders this morning with RTL TeleLetz:
10877 V 22000 5/6
10891 H 22000 5/6
Next Clarke-belt transition at 17:42 UTC.

The similar Thor 2 (@ 23,3° East) transponders 11325 H and 11357 H were off.
