Unfortunately the 9.5°W spectrum is slightly contaminated by nearby satellites... in particular Hellas sat 2, for a few hours, on the range 11450~11700 in horizontal polarity and Express AM44 on the range 10950~11200 and 11450~11700.
However this morning, when several low power transponders were turned on, I detected at least 48 of them simultaneously.

In the following hours, I detected some test carriers on the frequencies 11745 H, 12540 H, 10952 H and 11759 H.

@solly, if you are interested in a summary of my carrier test screenshots, you can download them at this link: Astra-1P_05~08-November.rar

I didn't see any test carriers over the weekend.

Actually it is worth to check with analog tuner, if someone still have one. Carrier width on Fortunix' Crazyscan screenshot is around 30 MHz (analog was 27 or 36 MHz wide) and as we know, new satellites are often tested with analog PAL carriers.

I have many analog satellite boxes, but i have to install antenna for 1P - it is now complicated, as Sun gets down very early and its cold outside this time of year in Estonia.

Have 1P strong signals? If yes, i can try with small dish.

I have an analog receiver (TechniSat ST 3002 S) and a Philips CRT TV on my setup and you can see black screens on the strong carriers which have these ring shaped IQ constellations.

I observed different testing modes for the transponders on 1P being tested:
1. full bandwidth mode - lower power -> no "ring", no "black screen"
2. full bandwidth mode with narrow high power carrier at the transponder's centre frequency ->ring and black screen
3. full bandwidth mode with narrow high power carrier at the lower margin of the transponder (around -12 Mhz from centre frequency with a "tusk"-shaped spectrum on Crazyscan) ->ring and black screen
4. the same as 2. but without full bandwidth "basement" carrier

It is interesting to note that in some tests there are lower power peaks at the opposite polarization which seem to be switched on and off. I have a mechanical polarization skew motor on my setup which is optimized at 9.5 deg West.
