strange thing is,it just has a weaker reception ...can it fail gradually?

As the COMAG Twin HD CI + FTA has 2 tuner, it would interchange the tuners and revise, changing the configuration and the cables in the receiver.
You leave doubts in a moment and verify that they are OK.

After reviewing the relationship of tp / frequencies with which you have problems, you have the very old list.
They are tp/frequencies that are not used now, I indicate the date since they do not have channels.

Check the relationship of tp / active frequencies on this website: FlySat Astra 2E/2F/2G @ 28.2° East
Several colleagues in the forum report the changes.
Check with patience all the TP / frequencies, also the SR and FEC.

Como el COMAG Twin HD CI+ FTA tiene 2 tuner, intercambiaria los tuner y revisaria, cambiando la configuracion y los cable en el receptor.
Sales de dudas en un momento y verificas que estan OK.

Despues de revisar la relacion de tp/frecuencias con las que tienes problemas, tienes la lista muy vieja.
Son tp/frecuencias que ahora no se usan, indico la fecha desde que no tienen canales.

Varios compañeros del foro reportan los cambios.
Revisa con paciencia todos los TP/frecuencias, tambien el SR y FEC.

para la lista de los que no tengo solo he copiado los 25 primeros de la lista
,claro que hay unos que estan en uso(10714 11817 10744 10832 10862 10876 10921 11817 11876 y que no me salen

intercamio de los tuners da igual
i still get same signal level & quality on both...so the LNB looks like the guilty one
Me sorprende que logras recepcion de astra 2 con 90 cms en Castilla!

Why dont you try swapping lnb's? I mean put the monoblock in the 130 cm and try, this way you dont need to but a new one.

yes but i m afraid the monoblock is designed for a 80cm dish... but i have another lnb single...

I think results vary. For the record.

I have an Inverto Black Ultra single bought in November 2013. In use every day, and still working ok.

Also have an Inverto Black Ultra twin bought in February 2012. Not in use every day, but works fine when I need it.

45kms south of Alicante, so here a good quality 1.4m will SUFFICE for BBC and ITV reception.......possible breakup at times with heavy rain etc......glad to say rain is rare here! :eek::Y

Alicante capital, 1,2 favamal working fine here, but I suggest 1.4

I'm out of the main beam, but I'm lucky to live on a signal ridge in San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid), another partner in San Fernando (27KM +/-) with another 90cm antenna, nothing at all.
The installation is very critical with bad weather, but the channels that I look for, perfect.
In Madrid, the UK beam with 130cm very well, with 150cm without problems in bad weather.
The relation of TP/frequencies that you are looking for, are not in use, I repeat, they do not have channels.
Update the TP relationship on the indicated website.

Estoy fuera del haz principal, pero tengo la suerte de vivir en una cresta de señal en San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid), otro compañero en San Fernando (27KM +/-) con otra antena de 90cm, nada de nada.
La instalacion es muy critica con el mal tiempo, pero los canales que busco, perfecto.
En Madrid, el haz UK con 130cm muy bien, con 150cm sin problemas con mal tiempo.

thank you I have taken out the invalid frequencies ...will change my lnb when I get the new one ,maybe thursday
