Astra 28.2 in Iran

Dear Friends
I live in north of Iran. I would like to know whether I can receive Astra 28.2 channels in my place of living. If the answer is yes, tell me about dish size and LNB clock.

You don't mention what channels you want - they have different footprint (beams).

You might get a few channels on the southern beams with a big dish, but many are going to be well out of range for you.
