Hi,
As I understood from other forums, Digital+ moved temporarily some TPs from 1KR to 2C in Nov 2011.
Does anybody knows when they will move out from 2C back to 1KR or any other?

No idea. What size dish do you have? You be able to receive it in Tirana with a 1.2m, possibly smaller.
 
On the official SES website it was hinting that 2C would eventually end up back at 28.2E, possibly after 2F and/or 2E have launched and 1N moves to 19.2E.
 
1N should head to 19E sometime late this year / early next year.
