Yup. Eute 28A is reaching end of life and will soon be removed from 28E. Eutelsat will continue to operate from 28E but will lease capacity on 2E 2F &/ or 2G
Astra 2A will be moved to another slot which I think is 23.5E

Don't forget there can be a few months of testing and moving the satellite after launch too so it'll be closer to the end of the year before 2G goes live. That's assuming there aren't too many delays or further Proton rocket problems...

It will be slotted somewhere around 28.2E but the exact slot is not known as yet - and makes no practical difference here in the UK anyway

I would hope that 2G joins in as close as possible to 2E and 2F to remove that slight difference in location between 28.2E and Eutelsat's 28.5 - nominal positions of course. In addition there should then be no difference in preset skew between the satellites.
