10876 went back on PE for the second time today at 13:50 and has remained on there.
maybe the problem is at my end, but i still have no signal on this: 10876V, 22000, 5/6

10876V is not on PE, it is on spot beam, no doubt about that:

I dont know... are you sure your system doesnt have a problem with those strong neighbouring carriers ? Otherwise this must be a footprint we dont know yet. It cannot be on a Europe beam, they are all much stronger here.

I'm not seeing any hint of a signal on 10876V either but I can see most of the other 2E Europe transponders, even if I can't lock them.

Is it still SR22.0 5/6?

Maybe it's a software problem. I'll have to have a look.

Look at the weird signal change at 14:51. At night the signal dropped to go up again during the afternoon? No, my guess is that from 14:51 it is measuring the remapped mux on 12.266H.
I suggested this a few pages back, but not sure how it would be able to follow a Sky EPG update. Could the script be looking for the name of a channel or something?

SR 22,000 confirmed 100%, range from 21,700 to 22,300, synchronize OK.
SR 22,000 confirmado al 100%, margen desde 21.700 a 22.300, sincronizo OK.

Yes the box had updated to PE transponder. It's made a right mess of my data. Anyway all sorted now.

Well it is quite clear now, BSkyB are not interested in a Spot beam distribution... and all those small FTA stuff like planet pop etc arent either.
It's interesting that Sky want everything now on PE beams as it suits them! During the 2D years they've squandered those TP's to prevent other broadcasters using them to go FTA and thus help Freesat. I wonder if Sky will move some Irish variant channels on to these TP's as presume they are still contracted to SES for them?

I guess Sky don't see Freesat as much of a threat any more so have prioritised overseas sub revenues. Another question is why they have moved to a higher frequency transponder. I;m sceptical that these lower frequencies even have European beams.

Guess your right there, also now SES have plenty of non-European footprint TP's available then Sky holding on to the ex-2D TP's isn't worth it versus the subscription revenue from abroad. Makes you wonder now if they will utilise these two TP's for something else or cease operation of them?

I presume no more changes overnight tonight considering it's all quiet on here? I wonder if we'll see any of 11817V, 11876H, 11895V, 11992H, 12032H, 12051V and 12480V (C4) migrated over to 2E from 2A too with 2A left with the ex 1N PE TP's?

In the absence of 3.5m+ dish option in Cairo I have Plan A - @ly box for Astra 2A, Plan B - slingbox for freeview channels, Plan C - FilmOn TV app streaming via @pple TV. Meanwhile in in Manilva, costa del sol bbc/itv/ch4 has gone with 1.3 dish...
