yes, indeed, that's the PE Beam....

hmm when you look at those reports from Romania and Ukraine, one could interpret that the new spot might be even tighter than the 2F UK one...

Looks like a bit more of a hurry up with this. 2F didn't have any testing at weekends.
 
I think they did do some testing on a Saturday last year, definitely none on a Sunday though.

These frequencies being tested so far are current 2A or 1N TP allocations at 28.2E, a possible hint 2E will take 2A's TP's too.
 
can someone in East of Europe like Ukrain, Romania compare 2E with 2F s signal rates according to tests signals? Which one has strong signal
?
 
12304H changed from a narrowband carrier to a wideband signal. Alas no lock or constellation diagram..

I have a Vu+ running enigma2 . Is there any way for me to give a signal report? I tried for about half an hour and night and did add 43.5 e but never could see a signal on the meter. Are these carrier only and would ve2 ignore them
