This is not 11171H. Look at the spectrum outline in my image and you can see 11171H just below this signal.

The spectrum outline is saved in the meter memory. This carrier is outside the spectrum outline.
@gonzobaby was referring to 11171H. Below this frequency there seems to be activity from time to time. But IMHO it's too early to call ;)

Here's shot from crazyscan (loop mode) with a spike at about 11145H; 16:34 CET

Who says its drifting ? the so called "real time" sat sites only predict the sats postion from the previous movements so at the moment assume it has gone past its proper place. They will update soon but it does not mean the sat is doing a jig up there.

The tracking sites do NOT carry real time data. Its just extrapolated from the last set of orbital elements - which are normally updated every few days to once a week or so.

Whilst the elements are perfectly acceptable for the average satellite like the Space Station, Envisat or the Iridium phone birds where changes of direction are rare, they fall down as soon as a satellite is being controlled from the ground station as the predictions immediately become invalid.

The "drift" for 2F will continue until the orbital elemets are updated - then she will "jump back" to 28.2E.

Those frequencies are on 1N, show as "Occasional Feeds, data or inactive frequency" unlikely they are from 2F unless they has closed them on 1N and migrated them to 2F for testing
Well isn't that exactly what you would expect them to do?

Yes that is it. My picture was over several minutes on peak-hold so it has caught several of these spikes and the end image looks like it is a wide transponder. But the reality is that peak is made up of several spikes that are tightly grouped.

There is something there, roughly centred on 11954 H.Quite wide and here in S.W.Portugal about 3dB down
in carrier level on the adjacent lower North Beam transponder, looks like it's varying a little in strength..

Not sure if this is anything or not

Just changed an LNB on a 3M dish here and BBC etc on my meter was fine but showing nothing for the BBC HD transponder. I would expect it to be no problem with this sized dish here.
Probably the LNB but couldnt check properly as the Barca game was starting.
Any one else seen a change on this freq?

Cheers

There is something there (11954H). Very small peak coming from about 27.7E. Once the dish gets to about 27E it disappears below 26E transponders, but is already falling by this point.
