has anyone tested 11008V.

That's on 1N, probably PE beam.

The red line needs to be other side of Baleric islands as its not working on 1.35 there in Palma but is working on 1.65. Also it needs moving up closer to Valencia.

You need to check out that install. I'm further south and can get that transponder on the Fibo. Woborny is in Gandia and locked it on an 80cm dish earlier. And Barcelona also can get it easily with an 80cm.

Reports of successful lock-on and reception of the BBC HD test channels on 11023H in OSLO on 1.2 metre dish (via Norwegian satellite forum).
Dish elevation adjustment tweaking was required to go from a signal so weak you'd need a 3m dish, to successful reception on 1.2 metres. Will try adjusting my dish slightly tomorrow.

Using my meter, which is attached to a small selfsat, I receive nothing from 11023. Everything from 2N coming in fine though. I'm in Strasbourg, French/German border. Probably the dish is too small.

Outside the black line with 3 meters and you get it !

red line i think is the point that it drop off sharply im no good with images it should go as low as africa but the kinda shape of the line and location is there

I think we can assume that 11023H is coming from 2F from what we have read on here but the signal does seem to be very very strong in the uk and Ireland. Maybe too strong. I think over the next 48 hours we could see the power drop. Buildings with multiswitch systems set up may not cope with the power being so high on that frequency and much less on others as mentioned from posters from Cheshire and Ireland.
Things could still change slightly. Also Astra 2D vertical and horizontal transponders had much different footprints. Ie here in Canary Islands we could not receive 2D vertical even with a 8 meter dish yet horizontal worked on 2.4 meter. Where as Turkey or more eastern could receive verticals but not horizontal.

It may be correct then that astra 2F is indeed at 27.? East not actually at 28.2.

I'm amazed it works that Far East when in Germany the signal is literally dropping off a cliff. Could you get bbc and itv last year with that dish from Astra 2D. Well I guess you could as a 3 meter used to work on west side of Cyprus.

Looking at the first screen shot its locked on the dream box. On the second screen shot which I think was 11053 that was not locked.
I may be wrong but that is the way I saw it.

I live in the Netherlands, in Duiven (near German border}, 51N56 6E01

Signal here is:

10847V BBC S/Q 89/94
11023H BBC S/Q 89/94

Reception on Vantage 8000HD, Triax 78 cm motorized

So for me no difference in signal.

Hey guys,

Due to the 11023H frequency highly likely coming from 2F already, with a very fine-tuned spotbeam, I decided to trunkate the data of my maps, although no "real" channels have been moved so far.

Please do not make test entries any longer, but only real reception data based on 11023H, thank you! I might trunkate the data again as soon as the real channels start to move, so for now this is just to visualize the current situation and what to expect in the near future.

No. It must be more North/South or there is no chance there would be any signal in Tenerife, and Trigger reported lock earlier today. Tenerife is 16.5ºW.
