Not that you need too know about a report from the west coast of Ireland but in Mayo 11023H is 98% compared to 10847V at 70% - which is great as I occasionally get breakup on that 10847V TP...
what dish size are you using & I'll add it to the map
I think the two most likely things is bad dish adjustment and user error. Most installs here have been aligned terribly by "installers" that became "satellite engineers" on the aircraft, and also, this is an S2 8PSK transponder and most people here don't own an HD box, let alone know how to drive one. I think we will get a lot more serious reports once the SD transponders carrying PSB channels migrate.the reason i say these is because we are getitng some dubious result whichb might be there only gettinga signal but no lock, but other witht eh same dish size in the same area might be seeing it signal but no lock cant view channels

Here, south of Alicante, Spain:-
11023 H 23000
2.00m dish = 50% signal (no breakup) good reception.
1.20m dish = Nothing!
Reception report from 37.93 N, 0.733 W, 1.8m dish, stable picture on 11023H over past 24 hours.
