@gonzobaby was referring to 11171H. Below this frequency there seems to be activity from time to time. But IMHO it's too early to call ;)This is not 11171H. Look at the spectrum outline in my image and you can see 11171H just below this signal.
The spectrum outline is saved in the meter memory. This carrier is outside the spectrum outline.
