Hi,
i am using SelfSat H30D Satellite.i am trying to catch the Astra 2G. i have good signal, when i scan then i got all the transponder but i got not channel at all.
i thought this could be the dish size issue. SelfSat H30D is 56 cm.

i am living in 82433 Bad kohlgrub, Germany.

And which channels in particular are you wanting?

Are you successfully receiving any channels at all?

If so name a couple and we can see if you are correctly aligned onto the Astra 28E cluster

on Astra 2G, No
on Eutelsat Yes

but i have signal on tv for Astra 2G,

You state that Eutelsat is working properly on the system, are you using the same dish ( squish ) for reception of that? If so, have you moved the dish to align it to Astra 2G ( 28.2 E ) or are you just trying to scan using the tv´s built in menus?

You need to name some actual channels that you can currently watch.

Yes Eutelsat 28A is working properly.
yes i am using the same dish.
ofcourse i need to move the dish to get the signal for Astra 2G.
Firstly when it was aligned for Eutelsat 28A then i have no signal for Astra 2G. Eutelsat was only for test.because my target satellite is Astra 2G.
when i move the dish and try to get the signal for Astra 2G. when i got signal then i try blind scan. after that i notice that i got the required transponder in the List.
but when he was scanning for channel then i got nothing. this is very strange. i have no idea.

when it was aligned for Eutelsat 28A. on that time basically i did not care about channel and i just check that it was very clean and good result.
now i do not remember any channel ..i am sorry.

The thing is that you may have false information about the satellite. You may believe it to be Eutelsat 28A but only by reporting some channels that you can actually receive can confirmation be made.

good question.
i will try on weekend then i will come back to you.

The problem is, the transponder you are seeking , 11597V 22000 , is most likely on more than one satellite. Eutelsat 28A ( I think also known as Eurobird 1 ) no longer exists, so we cannot tell which satellite you were looking at.
If you can, go back to where it worked and scan, then advise what you receive, we may be able to help. Strange thing is they are in just about the same place, so you should not have had to move the dish, which makes me suspect you were on another satellite with similar transponders
