They are fibreglass and so are heavier than aluminium dishes, but they are virtually indestructible, (unlike the garage ;) )

that sounds right as in cardiff you got no chance on a 1.2m but can get them fine on a 1.8 andrews

Hisat in Bristol used to sell the 1.25m Gilbertini, but looks like they no longer do, these bigger dishes are a little harder to get hold of.
