Sky box and mini dish

Hi,

Could someone please help me out?

I want connect my dreambox to Astra1, Astra2, and Hotbird...

I have an existing Sky mini-dish with a Quad LNB, but I just use 1 line from it into my sky box (I want to keep this)

Could I setup a new 80cm dish with 2x LNB's (1 for Astra1, 1 for HotBird), Add a line from the Quad LNB on the Sky Mini Dish then use a DiSEqC switch to connect all 3 lines into my dreambox?

also would a 60cms do the same?

Yes that will work. You are better off with an 80 cm dish to give you more rain fade margin, although theres not a lot in it these days.

Another option considering would be a single dish with, offset bracket and 3 LNb's for reception of 13, 19 & 28e.

Heres one i did earlier. Its been up about 2 years now with no problems, although it is starting to get a bit rusty now

The salt air in Paignton hasn't been kind to it

It will give you a rough idea though. Its centered on 19.2e with 13e and 28e set off to either side

Thanks for the info guys!

Would you recommend a good HD + PVR receiver for card sharing?
