My Satellite Setup

CBC is feeding into Europe on two different transponders on Atlantic Bird 1.

I get one on 10968: H 6666 7/8 only barely.

But I cant get a whisker of 10959 H 6666.

Anyone able to confirm that ones there, maybe its my location or dish size thats the problem, im guessing 10959 is weaker.
 
Yes they're there FTA.
Childrens TV on one and a cooking programme in french on the other
 
Bah need a bigger dish then :(

Is 10968 stronger for you.
 
Yes it would appear so, but only by a gnats wotsit.

Thanks for the reply I can understand why its weaker since its carrying the English language service.
 
CBC? who is that? All the american channels sound the same.

CBC isnt American its Canadian.

Ive got both tonight great weather I guess!
 
Little update on CBC Canada is proving to be a pain still.

I still have a signal on both, so clearer weather is clearly needed for my sized dish, last night and earlier today was perfect conditions I guess.

Radio Canada the French CBC is alot stronger thats for sure.
