Just completed a blind scan of 7°W with the Dr.HD F15 and my 1.2M Laminas. It seems that all the FTA channels moved to AB7 are available here. In fact some of the H transponders are showing the same results as the strongest V transponders from the older Nilesat birds.

I'll check later this morning with the fixed 1M Gibertini but I suspect a lot of the 'new' channels will be available.

The Gibertini seems to have pulled in about the same amount of channels though some are just on the verge of breaking up. I don't know if the transponders will be subject to the same conditions that applied before (H transponders stronger at night) but I'll have to wait and see.

what channels transmit ,now on the other weaker eastbeam,that is not suitable for europe,acroding to the footprint map?

With the Laminas I can catch all the T/P's listed on KOS. It's practically the same for the Gibi, though I'm missing one or two T/P's which may be down to their FEC.

@ Turok : I can get both those OSN T/P's easily on the Laminas. However, only one shows up with the Gibi and Vu+, which is 11278V (44% SNR 58% AGC). Not sure why the other is missing as it has the same S/R and FEC as the other.
