guys I just got AXE1000 from UAE am living in Qatar , all channles on nile Sat are open even the one with $ sign but the one's in $ sign on Hotbird are all not working , the other channles on Hotbird are working , any idea why? appreciate your help

Just moved your post and detached it from the 4 year old unrelated archive you posted on. Please always start a new thread when asking a completely different question.
Presumably this is a card share receiver and as you have just bought it take contact the seller and complain. Anyhow which channel were you hoping for on Hotbird, there are few available now. Multivision is no longer there
