azbox error message

1.25m motorised dish spiderbox 9000 technomate 5402 ,D15, azbox tbs 6925 card

Hi

i have just tried to set up my azbox elite and everytime i scan and save channels when i go to tv it says error cant find channel list would appreciate any advice
as i dont have a clue about any of this as i have just changed over from a quali box so i can get the dvb s2 feeds and it took me months how to work the quali out :(
 
Sounds like you are not locked onto a satellite and the scan can't find any channels.

Difficult to give you much advice without more information from your set up.
 
been messing around with it and have managed to pick up some feeds both in 4 2 0 and 4 2 2

but cant get the dvb s2 ones any time i lock on to the feeds with dvb s2 it has over 90% strength on the blue bar and 0% on the quality been trying to get this one and its the same as all the others O%

i found out the answer on an other forum

just in case anyone else is as clueless as me :confused:

it was the pilot when i changed it from 0 to 1 i got the feed :)
