Why bother with an F connector, when you can just ram the cable into the LNB and keep it there with a bit of tape...?

Or hows about an 80cm dish, on a support pole (which was actually a metal pole from a chainlink fence cut down to size) and attached to the wall with just one wall securing plate. And you can tell how lose the dish was, as the direction to the satellites is about 90 degrees to the right.

By coincidence I've seen two in the past week round here like that, one of which included cable coming down the front aspect of a new build house, when just around the side was a convenient drainpipe.

That ladder climb probably isn't as bad as it looks, although not to be recommended, the ladders are stood on a flat roof, which is at the base of the chimney.
