Struggling to find the coordinating Handbag :-Jumbo
 
Here's a the A-typical lazy sky installer, and a couple of aerial installs I went to sort out where they had the " Not getting the ladders off the van" days.

Love the first one in particular, obviously not heard of the Mk4 to Mk3 adapters.:) The third one looks like a DIY job.
 
This was in someone's loft a year or so back, didn't work very well, but did think it was an interesting find.:)

Well I have to ask, but I take it that it's the pole that's out of true due to the upper lip on the chimney?


It's just that the perspective could equally suggest the chimney is out of true and the installer was as clever as a sack of ferrets in getting the pole vertical!
 
The pole is leaning due to the corbel at the top of the chimney, needed either a cranked mast, or bigger standoff on the brackets, but that probably would have been too much to expect given the use of hinges and fixing by screws into the chimney.;)
 
I didn't realise Hinge and Bracket moonlighted as aerial fitters
 
as a sideline, I guess he had to make do with the brackets, hence why the top one is not fastened as the mast is being pushed out by the corbel and the aerial is pointing at the wrong transmitter, otherwise it's perfect.:)

Corbel, eh? I should have expected there'd be a proper term for it :)
