10770 V, SR27500 is from Es'hail-2 at 25.8 East on the MENA beam which needs 7.9db to get a lock. I am getting 3.6db to 3.8db fluctuating with a 1.5m dish, way below lock level.

Getting about 3.8-4dB with my CM1.2 in South Wales
