These power supplies are not designed to come apart - last time I tried I couldnt get the bloody psu case back together as Id bent it getting the damn thing seperated....

!

Sadly all too often the case ..err pardon the pun ...with these cheapo chinese jobbies ..
Did you at least see any possible cause ?
