Strange, a domestic dish with a block upconverter on the end.

The value is probably on the latter if you can ask the seller what frequency it works on.
I asked about that dish a few months ago for exact measurements. He never got back to me. Was listed for£100 back then

Looks like a Prodelin 1134 with an antique Ku LNB & BUC & matched 0.8f/d feed. Worth £50. Manual attached

The reflector is 49.77 x 47.5 inches if it is a Prodelin 0.8f/d 1.2m

That lower (rectangular) arm is a new one for Prodelin.
There seem to be lots of variations of round and rectangular tube main supports, different fixing brackets (including some attached to the back plate for high wind areas), at least 2 side arm positions and many mount types. 1132 and 1135 attached. The 3120 (Ka) has rectangular and (3122 also Ka) has round tube. There must be different ones for 0.6 & 0.8 f/d but I've not seen a 0.6 yet.

I sold that Jaeger 1224 to the eBay seller.
Brand new old stock it was, never installed and in perfect working order and condition.
Wonder why he's selling . Hell do well to sell it for half that right ?

Rarity value, there are plenty of rusty and tatty old Jaeger 1224 motors around, there are very few that are brand new and boxed that had never been installed.
He should easily get more than half the asking price. Those wall brackets are from Satellite Superstore and cost a nice fat chunk of green themselves.

Plus, another sale of a Jaeger 1224 that was in excellent condition but not new and boxed via eBay easily achieved in excess of £300 to a member on 'ere.
This one was not one of my sales, I would not have sold it that cheap.

Fakkking hell. I must be sitting on a goldmine here...

Get them refurbed with all the plates and fixings powder coated and replace all the nuts, bolts, washers etc with stainless steel versions and you might scrape close to a monkey apiece for them.

On a refurbed one I sold to another client for fat wad I buffed up the faded plastic of the case cover and casing with a dual action machine polisher and some black plastic trim restorer normally used for cars. The casing came up a treat, looked as good as new. I got a local small coatings company to do a powder coat job on the plates for small wad and replaced fixings with stainless steel alternatives.

Clean and shiny as good as new, that will be £450 plus delivery please sir, accepted £425 including delivery, more green trousered !!

nice bit of kit, whether there is a market for it at that price though is another thing. If the quality sporting event were easily available it would sell.
how much were the 1224's when new?

Believe me, there is a market for it. Anyone who knows what a 1224 is probably has one, either in use or as a spare. It is very difficult to get quality components for the satellite hobby these days. I sold my new, unused one about 2 years ago for 300 euros because I knew it was going into good hands. Although I received offers on PM for almost 500, just so some hobbyists could get their hands on it.

noticed ebay now sent offers for items you have recently looked at. That jaeger motor setup offer is now £650 even though the direct link price is £700.

just looking at the images it looks like the bottom plate is gouging the alloy base as its upside down
.
