It's not bad - especially for the stand as well. The dish itself is good but I really didn't like the SSS PM - found it pretty awkward to work with...

£500 is reasonable. The buy it now price is steep considering the whole thing brand new is just over 1k on the SSS site.

Nice! Long time no see Gregorians for sale. This one is almost 25 y.o. Surely price will not go up to the original payed. Feedhorn most likely is damaged inside.

As nice as they are, how does a 90 cm gregorian compare with a good 120cm dish?
Is there any x-polarisation benefits or similar that makes it worth dabbling with the smaller sized dishes?
My gut feeling is that dish-size is everything, but I could speculate that the gregorian mirror could provide better H/V discrimination or something similar...

Yes, X-pol characteristics should be better and also side-lobes elimination are couple of benefits of the Gregorian design. By theory, Gregorian system performs up to 10% better than simple offset or PFA. And, of course, size matters.
Forgot to tell: Gregory looks prettier than simple dish.

It looks like my 1.2 Precision CJ, could even be a 1.5. Dish & mount looks in good condition as well, shame it's not nearer to me.

Ah interesting. Didn't realise they did 2m ones, thought it was 1.8m and then 2.2m.

Agreed. I spent too much already so had to make do with this:

I'll do a good deal on the mount if anyone wants it;)

That mount would be better used to mount a TV dinner on top of it and a glass/bottle of plonk ! :dwinkies:

Second image confirms a Precision front and back, but I doubt it is bigger than a 1.8m looking at the post and groundstand.

Its only a rough approximation but if you use the mounting ring as a reference and scale that up to the dish size it works out at 2 metres assuming a mounting ring of 60cm.
