Didn't he build one to use on it? The Paraclipse 3.8M that's replacing that CM comes with it's own H-H motor so he won't be needing the old PM, maybe he's flogging it separately.

He originally built a heavy duty chain drive mount for the 2.4m channel master. However, I think he is keeping that for an even bigger dish than the Paraclipse 3.8m?

Your not wrong.

What's with the idea of using third-party intermediaries or agents on eBay these days?

I guess it’s to hide the income/information on the real seller.

Ever had that feeling of deja vu?

Joking apart, the 2.3m DH is a high quality dish and would be very nice as an option for C Band or fringe Ku band reception.

I've seen this before and it comes with age or dirt. Don't think it affects performance.

Not a bad deal for someone - even with the BIN price as it comes with a pukka CM PM.

Pole mounts seen better days the elevation adjustment is missing and looks like plenty of rust.

That does not look like an original polarmount for the 1.8m, or even an offset dish

Same as the one I have with the CM logo stickers on

Perhaps, but as the following thread alludes to (Post 11) there has been a design that is a UK only version and the image shows a slightly different back ring and bolt design for the reflector.

6 FT Solid Channel Master

I have seen other pictures for the same dish, but using a fully galvanised design, it had additional support bracketry for the actuator to compensate for the weight when tracking to the horizon.

The second link shows another design, no reinforcement on the four reflector bolt holes and it looks like it is for a smaller king post.
