I saw it. I wish I had the money and land to buy it and put it up.

Oh that's lovely. Given the land (and council's permission), I'd get that in a heartbeat.

That is a tower mounted reflector, with what looks like a MMDS front end. Very little adjustment or chance of modifying for a satellite system.

Tolerances for the alloy surface will - normally - be far below the Ku band frequencies, and may not actually work well at 4GHz either.

Save your money.

And another veritable bargain from somebody we know. One hour to go.

I think the higher bidder is a time waster according to his feedback. Until it's confirmed, the dish is still available for £50/£60 or available to swap if you have a 1.5m that you may want to swap with.

I have finally got rid of a couple of 1.8m plastic antennas and a bunch of smaller ones (about 6 or 7). We strapped 1.8m on the roof rails and loaded the full trunk of his car. The man is beekeeper, so he gave me some honey for those antennas.

Wait until they make contact, or pay money into your account.

Channel Master dishes are great, but a bit of a pain to motorise. I'm a bit too far from you to offer a 1.5 as a straight swop, though I do have two fully functional steerable dishes in the shed and another on the roof. I am in no hurry to part with them quite yet.

I hope it goes well with the auction aftermath

Bid for any size, as main and most important part in Fibo antenna is its SUB with feedarm and feedhorn. When you have set of those parts you can easily install them on any antenna.
