It would almost certainly be suitable for a Precision 1.2m dish and for a Precision 2.4m dish if the 2.4m had the 600mm rear mounting ring. The 2.4m size had the option of two ring sizes (600mm and 1200mm) and was the switchover point to the 1200mm ring fitted to all sizes above 2.4m.

I think you may be right.
Just guessing, the polar mount is probably for sale on eBay as it is not the right size for his 3.8m dish.

Fibos are nice and with some metal work, you can hang it off a normal DiSEqC motor.
