Bank holiday Monday. Its snowing and by gum its bleeding cold in the wind. :(

Its just snowing here, sticky wet stuff so it's not the nice kind, but it'll be rained on by the end of the day I'm sure so will all be gone by tomorrow... :)

Just been down to unload the hens and it's like a mud bath down there.

1 degree Celsius here, snow at midday, now pishing it down, worst 2nd of April in the last 10 years I remember here.

5 deg C, blue skies and little wind.
First time in a year it felt almost spring'ish...

Even the evening was clear and nice...
(amazing camera on that Galaxy S8 phone...!)

Just got back from Bell Ringing Practice in town and the roads are treacherous with flood water.

Starting to see the ground in places. -15 tonight forecast.

Rained a lot of the day, on and off, here - but luckily we are not in a flood risk zone. Next few days look "better"!

Ditto, though according to the Environmental Agency we are, so the house insurance is through the roof.

Seems to be a case of maybe doing an internet search for "something more realistic and cheaper":(

Well, everything is different now. (Thankfully)
We had 20 degrees on Sunday (although the metereologists assures us it was a one off this month).
Right now, we have howling easterlies, but clear skies and about degrees.
This means that dinner should be prepared outside if possible...

Yum!
(and strangely, the sausages were produced in Poland ...)

Well, not strange that they produce sausages in Poland, but strange that shops in pork-centre Denmark should choose to import the sausages from Poland... In any case, they were lovely.

Hope you had some Sauerkraut with them, I make my own here. I'm an addict.

If it tastes like meat, then who cares if it's snake from Ireland.
